In the 1980s, there was a Japanese film, a gorgeous family, adapted from a novel of the same name. The novel initially described Wanting Dajie for dinner in this restaurant. The restaurant is mainly French cuisine, but its ingredients are all taken from local, including Ise lobster, black abalone, Matsusaka beef. The practice is exquisite, the plate is simple, but the taste is unparalleled, it is the French taste in my memory, but it is very different from the French food I have eaten before, it seems more elegant, more eastern, I am using bread to dip the bottom of the plate clean.
